Athletes Prep

This level is more skills intensive.  We feel that a solid foundation of skills from which to pull from is important when progressing in your fitness journey.

All Levels

This is for those who have a foundation of skills from which to draw. While still including skill work and instruction, more advanced movements are used.

Advanced

In the Advanced Level classes, we will take the daily workouts and ramp them up in either skill, intensity, volume, etc. This is not for the faint of heart.
