Not everyone feels comfortable with the idea of CrossFit. This could be because of the skills involved you don’t have [yet], or confidence in your own abilities, or this new adventure altogether. Rest assured, this class was built with this in mind.
What is the Athlete’s Prep Class?
The Athlete’s Prep classes are the foundation of our program and the gateway to better, higher skilled, and safer movements. This level of classes is much more skills intensive. We feel that a solid foundation of skills from which to pull from is important when moving along in your fitness journey.
Don’t be fooled, however. Being more skills intensive does not mean easier. You will be doing much of the same work, same intensities, and similar movements as the higher level classes. We are here to help you make the decision of when to jump into higher levels when you’re ready.
