Step #1: Schedule Your Free Intro Session
Your session is our chance to get to know you because, well, we need to know how we can help you. Your intro session will end with a short workout. With that in mind, wear something comfortable that you can move in, bring some water, and a towel if you want it. The workout will be about 10 minutes long and we will be right there with you every second.

Step #2: Select a Membership
Once you’ve attended your free intro session, and you’re ready to get started, contact us to find a membership that fits you best.
Step #3: Attend Class & Get Fit!
You’ve made it to the most important step! Now all you have to do is show up and be ready to have a little fun while you’re getting a workout.
