How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it and how did it feel:
I was golfing with Chong and she was telling me how much fun she was having at CrossFit. I decided to give it a try. I don’t remember what the first WOD was, just that I was very sore afterwards!
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health, and fitness since starting CrossFit (before/after):
I’m definitely much stronger than before I started CrossFit
Any advice for people just getting started:
Believe in yourself – you can do far more than you think you can!
What are your hobbies, interests, and/or talents outside of CrossFit:
I enjoy golfing, scrapbooking, and cheering my kids on in the sports they love (my son is a swimmer and my daughter does all-star cheer)
