Yesterday was a blast thanks to everyone who came out and had some fun!

There may or may not have been some non-paleo cinnamon rolls, orange rolls (is that what those actually are?), caramel rolls, caramel pecan rolls, mini muffins…

…yeah, maybe.

Also, thanks to everyone who participated in the book that I got with everyone’s contribution in it!  It’s very cool and very sweet!

Lastly, thanks to my wife for spearheading that particular book and rounding up everybody who was involved.  I do appreciate you and all that you do for everyone else!

30 Air Squats

20 Pullups

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

20 Burpees


So, 20 cal row then your 20 cal row.  Then, 20 cal row and 30 squats, then your 20 cal row and 30 squats.  Etc., etc., so on and so forth…
