Getting the group to go after a little bit of barbell work!  Way to pick stuff up and put it back down again!

Is it absolutely necessary to wait until New Year’s Resolution time to make a new goal and run with it?

Is there ever a RIGHT time to make that goal?

Won’t there be stuff in the way, or other events going on, or a vacation coming up, or busy season at work?

Seriously…

…is there ever a right time?

I’m willing to bet there is never going to be a right time.  There might be a better time or a worse time but never a right time.

The more important thing (more than finding a right time) is taking action.  Set a date.  Take action.

It doesn’t matter when it is (I’d argue now is better than later).  Set a date.  Take action.

You’re busy.  I’m busy.  They’re busy (whoever they are…).  Set a date.  Take action.

It doesn’t have to be CrossFit (I’d love to meet ya, though!), but it needs to be something different than what you’re doing now.

You’re not happy with things?  Then change them.  Your body ain’t what it used to be?  Change it.  You get out of breath with the simplest of things?  Work on it!

Quit letting the excuses you tell yourself dictate whether or not you should do anything about it.

What better time than now, huh?

And hey, we believe CrossFit is the tool to get you there and if you’re willing to try something new, give us a shout!  We’d love to help you on the journey to that’ll change more than just your jeans size…
