*For this lifting day, we have a bit more volume in that we are doing more movements without setting the bar down. This means the heart rate will get up but we are not doing traditional conditioning or cardio movements.

*This is a leg heavy day meaning we are working on building muscle (hypertrophy) in the lower body. It is also important to stay strong in the midlle for trunk stability and strength.
