This is a retest from back in June.  This is a combination of upper body pulling and heavy olympic weightlifting.  What does that mean?  Expect some skeletal muscular hypertrophy, some assistance in maintaining posture from the volume of pulling, and EPOC (excess post oxygen consumption; you’ll be hungry later).
