One piece of the team at The Trio a week or so ago. Don’t forget to test yourself, periodically.
Everything in CrossFit is observable and repeatable (measure and remeasure).
You could fit everything that we measure on a continuum ranging from sick to well to fit. Every imaginable marker you can think of (ex: back squat, high jump, body fat, waist-hip ratio, blood glucose, cholesterol, etc.) can fit on this continuum.
Without measuring what we’re doing, how are we to know that we are progressing or regressing? Without repeating what we’ve done, in some form or another, how are we to know if we need to change a variable or two to improve efficiency and efficacy?
With that being said, Iron Hero CrossFit has an exciting new announcement. We are now able to test your body fat in just a couple minutes (and no, there is no need for awkward pinching and disrobing in front of someone you don’t know [or barely know]).
For you fitness nerds out there, consider it a site-specific bioelectrical impedance analysis tool. For the rest of us (me included), you can get yourself some accurate body fat testing for cheap!
WHAT’S NEXT?
Schedule something. It’ll take 10 minutes to get yourself measured and you’ll know about where you are and where you need to be going.
