BMU Work: The Jump, Kip, Turn Over (10 Min)
1. Work on the kip of knees to chest on the pull back
2. Work on Jumping BMU
3. If you are not quite there yet, work on Jumping Chest to Bar or kipping pulling knees all the way to the chest
4. If you have the BMU, work on “no chicken wings”
