For time, alternating every round with partner. you will go until you hit the required calories in :30 second sprint increments, then the required burpees in :30 increments , then the required box jumps in :30 increments. Each partner will do: Deadlift rep(s), cals/burpees/box jumps, and the penalty for not being done. The other partner will watch in despair, awaiting their turn for a sprint round:
1 x Deadlift (225/175)
100/80 x Calories in :30 second sprint increments
**Every sprint you are not done: 4 DB box step overs (50/35)(20)
3 x minute rest into:
2 x Deadlifts
80 x Burpees :30 second sprint increments
**Every sprint you are not done: 2 x toes to bar
3 minute rest into:
3 x Deadlifts
80 x box jumps
**Every sprint you are not done: 2 x burpees
