Hours for sleeping will be funny. Sometimes they’ll be normal and sometimes you might as well stay up all night
Stress may be at an all time high or you may be excited for the whole thing
No matter what the holidays bring, take it in stride. Stress is a killer, so make sure you know you have to balance good and bad, sleep and no sleep, exercise with a lack of, stress with relaxation, and so on and so forth. Too much of a good thing isn’t a good thing anymore…
