High school sports

How did you first get exposed to CrossFit?  Take us back to your first WOD… what was it and how did it feel:

I saw IHCF while eating at VooDoo Taco – got my ass handed to me by my Baseline WOD

What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health, and fitness since starting CrossFit (before/after):

I can handle high intensity workouts better

What sort of changes in your life have your experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected:

I push myself a lot harder when I work out with other people

I nearly passed out doing partner “Murph” with Justin a week after starting CrossFit

Hanging out with my kids/wife, Detroit Lions, and working
