Tried it all for at least a season but nothing stuck (i.e. gymnastics, soccer, ballet, track, swim team, softball, basketball and horseback riding).
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it and how did it feel:
Jen S exposed me!! She said it was all fun and games! SHE LIED!! The first thing I remember was using the big scary rubber bands for assisted pull-ups. I thought the rubber band was going to fling me through the ceiling.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health, and fitness since starting CrossFit (before/after):
I have lost weight (10 lbs)
I feel better, motivated and active
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected:
I love the social aspect of CrossFit. Stink and drinks are too fun. I like hanging out with the people I work out with. I really enjoy being surrounded with others who are health conscious and want to live a healthy lifestyle.

HalloWOD. It was great seeing everyone get into their costume and workout.
Any advice for people just getting started:
CrossFit is more than just a gym. It’s a network. If you stick with it, you will see results physically and mentally.
What are your hobbies, interests, and/or talents outside of CrossFit:
Eating, organizing, cooking, watching movies and running with my dog Clyde.
