Having a strong squat can help you in a lot of ways:
- You look cool lifting huge weights
- Other people think you look cool lifting huge weights
- I think you look cool, regardless. Doesn’t hurt to lift huge weights
- MetCons with weighted squats are easier
- MetCons with air squats CAN be easier
- Having a big butt isn’t a bad thing
- You can donate your old skinny jeans to Goodwill and get some new ones! I mean, who doesn’t like shopping?
- Etc.
