Olivia hammering out some back squats with no issue!

 

Having a strong squat can help you in a lot of ways:

  • You look cool lifting huge weights
  • Other people think you look cool lifting huge weights
  • I think you look cool, regardless.  Doesn’t hurt to lift huge weights
  • MetCons with weighted squats are easier
  • MetCons with air squats CAN be easier
  • Having a big butt isn’t a bad thing
  • You can donate your old skinny jeans to Goodwill and get some new ones!  I mean, who doesn’t like shopping?
  • Etc.
