Is having a strong butt important?  Does having a strong butt mean having a big butt?

Nothing wrong with having a little bit of shape back there.  In fact, having a bigger, stronger butt is actually healthier.  It tells us that your have a better balance between your sex hormones and your stress hormones.

So yes, having a big butt, a strong butt, is healthy!
