It’s human nature to get stuck on whether or not you PR in a workout or get what you want right this second. We want to remind you that there are good days and bad days; there are days where your previous PR feels like nothing and there are days where getting to 90% of that feels like the hardest thing in the world.
Don’t get caught up in whether or not it’s a Personal Record. Rather, think about the process. The mechanics get better, the position is better, in spite of being tired, you are hitting big numbers!
