I think Iron Hero CrossFit is getting too strong… We’re running out of plates… #StrongProblems

 

It’s time to get back on the band wagon.  Or in our case, back on the 80% of the 80/20 rule.

Remember?  We accommodate for that, right?

Plan ahead and eat well 80% of the time and that way if you make a mistake or you don’t plan ahead, you got the 20% to help…

I am in the middle of testing the consistency of our body fat testing device.  Things are getting figured out and pretty soon we will have a method for testing body fat that’s FREE for our members!
