Accumulate 3 mins hanging in a hollow position on the pull up bar.

 

*The weight is light, the distance on the rower is low. This all means lots of rounds and lots of reps.

*This is great training for muscular stamina and cardiovascular endurance.

*Also, because the time frame is starting to venture into the little longer, the intensity is a moderate intensity.

*You will probably be sore in your traps.
