Make sure you get some relax time in today.  It’s important that we get out training it but it is also important that you shut off, here and there…

…this includes getting your 7-8 hours of sleep EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.

The more consistent you can keep your sleeping (hours and sleep/awake times), the better you’re going to feel and the better you’re going to perform.

7min AMRAP of:

Pushups (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.)

Situps (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, etc.)

Air Squats (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc.)


Think single, double, and triple.  Is that how you spell triple?  I sure hope so…
