It’s another retest.  This was last done on 8/10/15.

We are retesting both the 5×5 back squats and the MetCon.


Thanks to everyone who played along with our card game yesterday.  It was a lot of fun and it’s good to have some fun with our training, once in a while.

18 Burpees

*Can be 1000m row if it is too cold
