Get excited to snatch today, and for our Hero WOD on Saturday!
While the Hero WOD is a free workout, it is not for someone who’s never CrossFitted before. This is for someone who is ready to put in some work:
- There will be no time cap (no escape; why? Our heroes can’t just say “timeout, that’s enough for today)
- There will be as little scaling as possible (of course we’re going to allow people to do the movement that is safe and allows them to get it done; no scaling for the sake of scaling, however)
- There WILL BE your IHCF Family encouraging each other through the whole thing (we are here to help each other and support each other because this ain’t gonna be easy)
All in all, we are here together and will suffer through this WOD together. Remember, we suffer because they can’t anymore…
