1 mile run for time

*Every minute on the minute that the mile run takes you, do 4 burpees

**0:00 – 0:59: run

**1:00: do burpees and then run for the remainder of that minute

**2:00: do burpees and then run for the remainder of that minute

 

This continues until the mile is up.  Treadmill is a little tough so go outside and enjoy the weather!
