Don’t forget to thank all of those who have served and are serving!
On this particular post I want to address something:
Where does the name “Iron Hero” come from? Why not Miracle Hills CrossFit, or MH CrossFit, or Silent Ninja Warrior CrossFit, or something else?
Well…
We are believers that there are heroic people out there that do the jobs the rest of us wouldn’t want to or couldn’t do. The jobs that some would call dangerous and others would call courageous.
These are our heroes: our Military, law enforcement, firefighters, and paramedics.
These are the men and women who we are thankful for and for whom we wanted to give an homage to.
This is Iron Hero CrossFit’s way of saying ‘thank you’ for all the men and women who put themselves on the line for their jobs so that we can do something as silly as work at a gym. You mean that’s an option? For us to workout as a profession? Oh, yes.
We, at Iron Hero CrossFit, want to say “Thank You” to all of our service men and women who are able to spend this holiday with us and also for those who can’t.
