  1. Hop onto Google Maps
  2. Right click to “measure distance”
  3. Click yourself a path of 800m or 2640 feet (out and back is a great way to do it like we run here [400m out and 400m back)
  4. Find a spot along there to do your pushups

By the way, this upcoming week, Monday through Saturday, is going to be a Benchmark week.  Every day this week we will do a different Benchmark workout and see who’s going to be on the leaderboards!
