Sweet shoes for some good ol’ fashioned kettlebell deadlifts!
If I was stuck somewhere, could only do one exercise for the rest of my life, and had only one piece of equipment to work with, it’d be a kettlebell and we’re talking a hip hinge (deadlift or swing).
Luckily, we have lots to choose from. That doesn’t negate the fact that the deadlift and the swing are super valuable exercises for strength/power development, hip/back health, helping to correct postural issues, helping to improve metabolism, could be used as a metabolic conditioning tool all by itself, and much more.
Remember, a big, strong, muscular butt is a sign of good health, right? Guess what deadlifts and swings help to give you?
