It’s been a rough week. Make sure that you take some time to mobilize and stabilize each day. Move a little bit and help your body get rid of the soreness.
Just like you can get lightheaded from not keeping moving a little bit after a workout, the soreness needs help to go away too.
Your lymphatic system is what helps drain all the junk that your body is attempting to rid itself of to work you through your soreness.
The lymphatic system also doesn’t operate like your arteries do in that there is no centralized organ to pump the junk out. Instead, moving around and your muscles contracting/relaxing work as the pump.
So…
…move around. Work your body through its’ range of motions and you’ll work your way through your soreness quicker.
