Get under the bar
Set, pick it up
Take a step back from the squat rack
Dip, drive, and catch the bar overhead
Reset the feet and the pelvis/abs
Drop the butt back and down until your hips are below your knees
Drive up until full standing
That’s it, your first overhead squat is complete…
…now do it 2 more times!
