Who says we don’t do any upper body? We just happen to do it in a way that incorporates the entire body.
Instead of bicep curls and tricep extensions, we get some rowing and some pushups. Your whole upper body is going to feel like someone took a tire pump and inflated it.
That’s a good thing…

*1st minute = 1 pushup and 1 ring row
2nd minute = 2 pushups and 2 ring rows
3rd minute = 3 pushups and 3 ring rows
ETC. until you cannot complete the work in the given minute
