12 Total 100m Runs (I go, You go) or 125m Rows

Wallballs (20/14)*

 

*1ea, 2ea, 3ea, etc. (ball cannot switch partners until partner has completed requisite wallballs)

*Score = total number of wallballs completed in remaining time

 

It’s almost like we’ve got wallballs in our PRC WOD, huh?
