Bootcamp out at Burke High School football in Omaha!  Little throwback action…

 

Alrighty, people.  Back to our regularly scheduled programming.

How did everybody do on the “Girls?”

A lot of people hit these for the first time and a few people redoing it.

Anybody hit anything notable?

Anybody find some weaknesses that need to be worked on?

What does this mean?  This means that as we build your “toolbox,” you need to make sure you DO NOT skip a day that’s something you need to work on.

Running sucks for you?  Show up on a running day.

Barbell work makes you hit the wall?  Guess what day you need to be here on?

In short, bias a bit more toward your struggles and spend a little less time on workouts that you excel at.  Be able to handle anything at any time.
