Whoever told you that women can’t be strong, well, they don’t know what they’re talking about.

Women can’t do pull-ups?  Tell that to the number of women we’ve helped to their very first [and then several more] bodyweight STRICT pull-ups.

Women can’t squat more than their men?  I’d be lying if I said that were true.  In fact, it’s awesome WHEN it happens!

This is not to say that CrossFit is only for women because, let me tell ya, lifting big weight and being fit and healthy looks good on everyone.  If that’s you, we are here to help!
