Everybody, apparently, got the memo about wearing blue shirts…


We’re working on developing strength and power in the back of the body (butt and hamstrings).  It helps to have your abs working with you also…

…if you’re hoping for a stronger run, row, squat, deadlift, jump, whatever, you had better be working on some swings.

Yeah, do swings a lot!  Especially Russian swings.
