A lot of the WOD’s we do are about consistency. Not all of them, but a lot of them.
With that in mind, how are you being consistent in your daily life?
For this workout, it’s the same thing over and over and over again (with no other movement to break it up). Stay focused on consistency and pick numbers in your mind that you’re going to hit so it’s not “oh crap, I have 100 of these left…”
