Stink n Drink – 150821

It’s tough to remember, sometimes.  Think back to when you started…

 

…where are you now?  How much farther, more confident, more fit, more healthy are you now than you were a month ago/2 months ago/almost 3 months ago.

It’s fun once in a while to take a look back at where you once were.  Given, that as human beings, we want it all and we want it now, this may be a healthy thing for you to take a look at (and for me also, for that matter).

On a different note, our first Stink n Drink is happening right after our 5:30pm class finishes their whole mess of back squats!

GVT (German Volume Training) Back Squats

10 sets of 10 reps

*1min rest between sets

*approx. 60% of your 1RM back squat if known
