…where are you now? How much farther, more confident, more fit, more healthy are you now than you were a month ago/2 months ago/almost 3 months ago.
It’s fun once in a while to take a look back at where you once were. Given, that as human beings, we want it all and we want it now, this may be a healthy thing for you to take a look at (and for me also, for that matter).
On a different note, our first Stink n Drink is happening right after our 5:30pm class finishes their whole mess of back squats!
